This website is operated by Lee for Menlo Park City Council 2026 (FPPC ID #1492742)(“we,” “us,” or “the campaign”), the committee supporting Wonman Lee’s candidacy for the Menlo Park City Council, District 1. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide. If you choose to donate, you are directed to our secure donation processor, ActBlue, where you enter your name, contact information, payment details, and (as required by law) your occupation and employer. If you sign up for updates or contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, and any message.

Information collected automatically.Like most websites, we collect limited, aggregate technical data — such as pages viewed, referring pages, general location (country or region), and browser or device type — through a privacy-first analytics tool. This tool does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and acknowledge contributions and comply with campaign-finance law;
• Send you campaign updates, events, and volunteer opportunities, if you opt in;

That information becomes part of the public record and is not private.

We rely on trusted third-party services that may process your information, including:

• ActBlue — donation processing;
• Amazon Web Services — website hosting and processing of form and signup submissions;
• Google — storing the messages and email addresses you submit through our forms;
• Cloudflare — privacy-first, cookieless website analytics.

Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that measures overall site traffic without cookies and without tracking visitors across other websites. Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. You can still control cookies through your browser settings. We never sell your information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, as required to comply with campaign-finance reporting and other legal obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of the campaign and others.
